Training
This full day will examine intermittent Self Catheterisation and care and will also examine the use of a Qufora Bowel irrigation system and how to manual evacuate the bowel.
Max Delegates: This course is open to everybody. Maximum 3 delegates per course.
Course Duration: The Face-to-Face sessions are a full day of in person training and run from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Location
The venue is to be determined and arranged by the customer. Strict 2m social distancing, and the use of appropriate PPE must be enforced.
If the customer is unable to arrange a suitable venue then we can provide our Bowcliffe Hall venue to them at an addition charge.

Refund Policy / Booking Alterations
Please note that once payment has been made and the booking confirmed it will not be refundable unless the session is cancelled by ourselves. The names and contact details of the attendees must be provided in advance of the session date. Only attendees named prior to the session date will be allowed to take part in the session.
Covid-19 Contact Tracing
Due to Covid-19 we must have a record of the personal contact details of each attendee. These contact details will be kept for a period of 21 days by ourselves and the venue, they will then be destroyed. Attendee contact details will not be used for marketing purposes. The information that you must provide us with for each attendee in order to attend the session is: Full Name, Personal Mobile Number, Personal Email Address. We can’t accept generic or work contact details for Covid-19 contact tracing. All attendees must be easily and quickly contactable for a period of 21 days after their attendance of the session.
